Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend sending your cancellation request via email to ensure prompt processing. Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy upon receipt.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, while PayPal refunds may appear immediately or within 24 hours. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you've checked with your bank and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order number and payment details.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds are sometimes processed separately from your bank statement. If you suspect any issues with your refund, please contact our customer service team with all relevant information, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
